Episode 13 – BERNADETTE SLOWEY

BERNI’S JOURNEY

  • 1 oz Raspberry Shrub (vinegar, sugar, fresh raspberries and dried or fresh kaffir lime leaf)
    • Mix 1 cup of raspberries and 1 cup  sugar and refrigerate overnight
    • After 24 hours, strain out juice and add equal parts vinegar
    • Boil juice and vinegar with kaffir lime leaf for 10 minutes
  • 1 oz Tito’s Vodka
  • Put on cubed or Collins ice
  • Top with Prosecco
  • Garnish with a fresh raspberry or a lemon wedge

Episode 12 – JOE MAGLIOCCO

HOME GROWN

  • Couple dashes of Angostura bitters
  • ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz. fresh pineapple juice
  • ½ oz. orange juice
  • ½ oz. Orgeat Works Toasted orgeat
  • 1 oz. Michter’s Rye
  • 1 oz. Marti Dorado Rum
  • Shake it for a short amount of time
  • Pour into collins glass with ice
  • Add club soda

Episode 11 – JOE RIGGS

REDEMPTION SONG

  • Couple dashes of Angostura bitters
  • ½ oz Giffard Raspberry liqueur
  • ¼ oz Fernet Branca
  • 2 oz Redemption Rye
  • Stir with fernet stirring spoon with clear ice
  • Add a lemon twist

Episode 10 – BRIDGET FIRTILE

FIRTILE-I-TI-PUNCH

  • 2 oz Owney’s Rum blend
  • ¼ oz Maggie’s Farm Falernum
  • ¼ oz Sirop de Canne
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 muddled lemon wedge
  • 1 piece of ice
  • Built in a whiskey glass

Episode 9 – TRAP KITCHEN

CAUGHT IN A TRAP

  • ½ oz Fresh lime juice
  • ¾ oz Fresh pineapple
  • ¾ oz Honey
  • 1 ½ oz Smoky Scotch
  • ½ oz Green Chili Vodka
  • Couple dashes of Cholula hot sauce
  • Shake with ice
  • Strain into collins glass with ice
  • Add club soda or seltzer
  • Garnish with cayenne pepper and a lime wedge

Episode 8 – DANNY MENA AND KIERRA PETERSON

OUTLAW SPA

  • ¾ oz Licor 43
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz Peloton Mezcal
  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • Shake with ice
  • Serve up
  • Fresh cucumber slice to garnish

The Bassline

  • Orange bitters to start
  • 3/4 oz Cynar, an Italian artichoke liqueur
  • Built in whiskey glass, old fashion-style, on the rocks
  • 3/4 oz Hine cognac
  • 3/4 oz Bourbon
  • Bar spoon of honey
  • Orange twist

Episode 6 - Celine Bossart

The Dudette

  • 1/2 oz fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz of simple syrup that is one to one sugar water
  • 3/4 of Bouvery chocolate vodka liqueur
  • 1/2 oz of espresso
  • Orange wedge garnish

Episode 5 - John Seymour

Just Hatched

  • 1 oz lemon juice  
  • 1 oz ginger syrup
  • ½ oz  honey syrup
  • ½ oz pomegranate syrup
  • A flamed orange twist
  • All shaken with a whole egg
  • Served on the rocks with Indi tonic

Southern Borinquen

  • 2 dashes of orange bitters
  • ½ oz peach liqueur
  • ½ oz cane syrup
  • 1 oz of Jamaican Rum
  • 1 oz of Puerto Rican Rum
  • Shake with ice
  • Strain into collins glass with ice
  • Pour in club soda

OJ Grand-Dad

  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • ⅜ oz Punt e Mes
  • ⅜ oz Peach liqueur
  • 2 oz Old Grand Dad Bourbon
  • Add ice
  • Stir and strain into a coupe aka cocktail glass
  • Garnish with lemon twist
